Specimen collection

The test is an immunoassay based test. The test device consists of the specimen zone and the test zone.The specimen zone contains IqM binding reagent labeled with colloidal gold. The test zone contains antigens from the pathogens and the control reagent. After blood sample is applied in the sample well of the device,lgM in the sample forms an immune complex with the binding reagent in the sample zone.
Adding buffer promotes the complex to migrate to the test zone.Each test line in the test zone contains antigens from a specific pathogen.If the pathogen specific IqM is present in the sample,it will be captured at the test line (T) and form a purple line. The test also contains an integrated control system.A purple control line(C)
should always appear after the test is completed.Absence of a purple control line indicates an invalid result.

Test procedure

1.Allow the test,specimen,buffer and/or controls to reach room temperature 15℃~30℃(59℉~86下) prior to testing
2.Place the test device on a clean and level surface.
3.Add 10uL whole blood or 5ul serum/plasma into each of 3 sample wells
4.Add 90uLor2 drops of sample buffer into each of 3 sample wells.
5.Wait for the colored ine(s)to appear.Read results at 15 to 25 minutes.Do not interpret the result after 25 minutes

Precaution

1.Use fresh specimens whenever possible
2.Results read after 25 minutes are considered invalid
3.The product should be used as soon as possible once the foil pouch is open, in case of long-term exposure to environment.

4.Follow standard biosafety auidelines for handlina and disposal of potential infective material.
